Jeffrey Grassi brings more than 47 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, where he has been recognized for his innovation, leadership, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving field. His career reflects a strong entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise across technical operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Jeffrey Grassi brings more than 47 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, where he has been recognized for his innovation, leadership, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving field. His career reflects a strong entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise across technical operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.

A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Jeffrey’s military service shaped his values of discipline, resilience, and service—principles that continue to guide both his professional work and community involvement.

Jeffrey is a long-time advocate for individuals with disabilities and has made a significant impact through his involvement with the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada, where he has served as Board President, board member, and dedicated volunteer. His commitment is deeply personal, inspired by his daughter, who has Down syndrome.

In his professional career, Jeffrey has also led employee resource groups supporting veterans and individuals with disabilities, championing workplace inclusion and strengthening support networks within his organization.

With a legacy defined by service, leadership, and compassion, Jeffrey remains dedicated to creating opportunities, fostering inclusion, and improving the lives of individuals and families within his community.

With 20 plus years experience as a Special Education Teacher, Facilitator, and Program Director for adults with intellectual disabilities, Stacie has dedicated her career to empowering individuals with disabilities and fostering inclusive, person-centered environments. Her work emphasizes collaboration, independence, dignity, and long-term growth. Outside of her professional life, Stacie is a proud spouse and parent to boy/girl twins and enjoys spending time outdoors camping and exploring nature with her family.

Gaella is a licensed speech-language pathologist in Nevada and a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Nevada Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSHA), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology (AAPPSPA). With over 11 years of experience, she provides high-quality speech therapy for individuals with autism, ADHD, learning and intellectual disabilities, cognitive communication disorders, speech sound disorders, and developmental delays. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, a Master’s in Special Education from Concordia University in Oregon, and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College in Massachusetts. Gaella began her career in the public school system, where she promoted inclusion by co-leading Autism Awareness Month and writing and directing the play Jack and Jill Go to Adventureland, which gained media coverage and recognition from Senator Jacky Rosen and Congresswoman Susie Lee. She later founded Speech Box LLC, a Las Vegas-based private speech therapy clinic, and Speech Box Academy, an online platform offering courses and special education tutoring. Her advocacy and entrepreneurship were recognized when she was invited to the White House for the Southwest Regional Business Summit. Outside of work, Gaella enjoys CrossFit, golfing, and spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their two sons, TJ and Hunter.

Yvonne, EdD, MHA, OTR/L, FAOTA, is an occupational therapist and educator dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. With over 28 years of experience in higher education, she has developed and led programs for individuals with neurocognitive challenges and their care partners, and has served as an international speake

Yvonne, EdD, MHA, OTR/L, FAOTA, is an occupational therapist and educator dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. With over 28 years of experience in higher education, she has developed and led programs for individuals with neurocognitive challenges and their care partners, and has served as an international speaker. As a former director of an Adult Day Care agency, she focused on providing evidence-based, person-centered care for individuals with cognitive challenges and dementia. Dr. Randall has held numerous national leadership roles within the American Occupational Therapy Association, including Chair of the Volunteer Leadership and Development Committee, Chair of AOTPAC, Speaker of the Representative Assembly, and member of the Board of Directors. She has also served as Treasurer for the Society for the Study of Occupation, USA, and President of the Nevada Occupational Therapy Association. Her many honors include the Distinguished Alumna Award from Texas Woman’s University, the AOTA Lindy Boggs Award, the Fellow of AOTA designation, and the Nevada Occupational Therapy Association Leadership Award. Dr. Randall holds a BS in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, an MHA from Chapman University, and an EdD in Special Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Sherry Jasperson - Director

Sherry built a successful 35-year career in mortgage banking and real estate in California before relocating to Las Vegas 25 years ago, where she and her late husband, John, operated their own business. Following John’s passing in 2010, she returned to her passion for education, becoming an Assistive Technology Specialist with the Clark C

Sherry built a successful 35-year career in mortgage banking and real estate in California before relocating to Las Vegas 25 years ago, where she and her late husband, John, operated their own business. Following John’s passing in 2010, she returned to her passion for education, becoming an Assistive Technology Specialist with the Clark County School District. In this role, Sherry worked with students, educators, and parents to support functional communication and written expression, providing training and assessments for hundreds of students with neurodiverse challenges. Since retiring in 2023, she continues to stay active by consulting for charter schools and therapy providers and serving as a substitute teacher at John Miller School for medically fragile students. A dedicated advocate, she volunteers with the American Cancer Society and proudly serves on the Board of EAC. Sherry finds joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren and believes in empowering and supporting all individuals, regardless of ability or background.

Tiffany brings a strong commitment to advocacy and inclusion to her role on the board. She has supported hundreds of individuals and families impacted by intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, through her work as a behavior specialist and job developer. Tiffany is the owner of Tiff Haus Studio, where she teaches in

Tiffany brings a strong commitment to advocacy and inclusion to her role on the board. She has supported hundreds of individuals and families impacted by intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, through her work as a behavior specialist and job developer. Tiffany is the owner of Tiff Haus Studio, where she teaches independent living skills and helps families explore creative housing options such as tiny homes so adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities can live more independently in their own space.

A lifelong resident of Las Vegas (since the age of two), Tiffany is married and the proud mother of two children. Her oldest daughter serves in the U.S. Air Force, and her son is a dedicated hockey goalie. Tiffany enjoys traveling with her family, spending time at their cabin in Oregon, and visiting friends across the country.
